Deanna Beeler

Vice President, Operations, ClearWater Energy Services LP

Deanna Beeler serves as Vice President, Operations at ClearWater Energy Services LP which is a subsidiary owned by ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. In this role, Ms. Beeler is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for the Building Trades Union services. In addition, she is accountable for the overall financial performance of the business, and champions the Health, Safety and Environment policies and programs.

Ms. Beeler has over 22 years of experience in strategic planning and financial oversight, operational process redesign, system selection & integration and internal controls. She held a succession of financial roles within ClearStream as she joined the company in 2007 as a Controller for ClearWater, and previously held the role of Director of Finance, Oil Sands. Prior to joining ClearStream, Ms. Beeler held various financial positions at Ceda International, Flagstone Management Services Ltd., Maritime Life Insurance Company, and Nova Scotia Liquor Commission.


Barry Card

Vice President, Market Development

Barry Card serves as Vice President, Market Development at ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. In this role, Mr. Card is responsible for ClearStream’s strategy and development of new markets and customers, geographic expansion, partnerships, marketing and communications.

Prior to joining ClearStream, Mr. Card was with AECOM (Flint/URS), a Fortune 200 company. During his 14-year tenure with this company, he held various global leadership and executive roles. He was responsible for enterprise portfolios, P&L, strategy, and development for their integrated EPC service offering.

Mr. Card currently sits on the Calgary Educational Partnership Foundation Board as a Director.

Barry Card

Chris Cloutier

Vice President, Operations, Wear Technology

Chris Cloutier serves as Vice President, Operations at ClearStream Wear Technologies which is a subsidiary owned by ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing the financial performance of his business unit, executing projects safely at high quality, providing leadership for safety initiatives, maintaining client relations and winning new business.

Mr. Cloutier has extensive experience with ClearStream and the industry. He started with the company in 1980 and has progressively held various positions from Operations Manager, General Manager and to present role as Vice President. In addition, Mr. Cloutier is a member of our Research and Development team.

Mr. Cloutier has over 35 years of extensive experience in Project Management, Estimating, Planning and Client Relationship Management.


Mark Fox

Vice President, Business Development & Strategic, Account Management

Mark Fox serves as Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Account Management at ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. In this role, Mr. Fox is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for growth within Western Canada, as well as managing the Business Development and Proposal teams including assigning highest quality of service to the company’s top clients.

Mr. Fox joined ClearStream in 2007 as a Project Manager and held several roles thereafter including Area Manager and Vice President - Operations South Region.

Prior to joining ClearStream, Mr. Fox served for 26 years with the R.C.M.P. as a Senior Financial Investigator, as well as he owned his own Residential and Commercial construction company, Fox Inc.

Mark Fox

Bob MacKay

Vice President, Heavy Oil Region

Bob MacKay serves as Vice President, Heavy Oil Region at ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. In this role, Mr. MacKay is responsible for ClearStream’s profitable and safe execution of day to day operations in the Fort McMurray region. He develops and executes processes to improve operational quality and efficiency of the business, supports Environment, Health and Safety programs, and implements business development strategies.

Mr. MacKay joined ClearStream in 2014 as the General Manager of ClearStream Contracting, where the team improved the safety results and subsequently was selected as the 2016 recipient of the company safety award.

Prior to joining ClearStream, Mr. MacKay worked with Clean Harbors Industrial Services for eight years in Fort McMurray. He held various operational roles where he was responsible for the company’s largest clients.

Mr. MacKay has over 16 years of Oil and Gas experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Scotia Community College.

Bob MacKay

Herb Thomas

Vice President, Operations, Foothills Region

Herb Thomas serves as Vice President, Operations - Foothills Region at ClearStream Energy Services Inc., a leading service provider for wear technologies, fabrication, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and transportation. In this role, Mr. Thomas develops and executes procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of the business, guides and supports Environment, Health and Safety initiatives, implements business development strategies and works with the credit team to manage corporate risk.

Mr. Thomas has 22 years of trade and management experience. He joined ClearStream in 2015 as the Director of Operations for Northeast British Columbia. Prior to joining ClearStream, Mr. Thomas worked at Jacobs Canada for 12 years in a variety of progressive management roles in operations.
