Mr. Cooper joined ClearStream in April 2015 to provide strategic direction, generate operational results, and create long-term shareholder value and profitable growth. In November 2016, Mr. Cooper was elected to the Board of Directors of ClearStream Energy Services Inc.
Chief Financial Officer
Gary Summach serves as Chief Financial Officer at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. Summach is responsible for ClearStream’s entire financial management, which includes budgeting, forecasting and planning, risk management, information technology, financial reporting, as well as oversight of investor and stakeholder communications for the organization. In addition, he is responsible for executing strategic objectives that include growth and business opportunities, performance and improvement.
Chief Operating Officer
Neil Wotton serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Mr. Wotton joined the team in 2015 as the Vice President, Wood Buffalo region and was promoted to COO role where he oversees ClearStream’s operations for all service offerings. This role requires him to develop best practices and create cost effective win-win solutions, while remaining customer focused and promoting company vision and safety culture.
Senior Vice President Business Development & Corporate Services
Paul Bourque serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Services at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. Bourque is responsible for retaining and developing new clients, implementing business development structure, tools and strategies, and providing leadership in change management. Additionally, Paul is responsible for leadership of the company’s Supply Chain and Quality Control functions.
Vice President, Operations, ClearWater Energy Services LP
Deanna Beeler serves as Vice President, Operations at ClearWater Energy Services LP which is a subsidiary owned by ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Ms. Beeler is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for the Building Trades Union services. In addition, she is accountable for the overall financial performance of the business, and champions the Health, Safety and Environment policies and programs.

Barry Card serves as Vice President, Market Development at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. Card is responsible for ClearStream’s strategy and development of new markets and customers, geographic expansion, partnerships, marketing and communications.
Vice President, Operations, Wear Technology
Chris Cloutier serves as Vice President, Operations at ClearStream Wear Technologies which is a subsidiary owned by ClearStream Energy Services Inc. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing the financial performance of his business unit, executing projects safely at high quality, providing leadership for safety initiatives, maintaining client relations and winning new business.
Vice President, Business Development & Strategic, Account Management
Mark Fox serves as Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Account Management at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. Fox is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for growth within Western Canada, as well as managing the Business Development and Proposal teams including assigning highest quality of service to the company’s top clients.
Vice President, Heavy Oil Region
Bob MacKay serves as Vice President, Heavy Oil Region at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. MacKay is responsible for ClearStream’s profitable and safe execution of day to day operations in the Fort McMurray region. He develops and executes processes to improve operational quality and efficiency of the business, supports Environment, Health and Safety programs, and implements business development strategies.
